Aaron Hoy is a Senior Loan Officer with more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of families navigate the home financing process and move confidently toward their homeownership goals.

Aaron specializes in VA home loans and manufactured home financing, including financing options for manufactured homes located in land lease communities and mobile home parks. Because these loans often require specialized knowledge, Aaron helps clients, real estate agents, and sellers understand their available options and navigate the process from beginning to end.

As a U.S. Navy veteran and Certified Veterans Lending Specialist, Aaron has a special commitment to helping fellow veterans and military families understand and maximize their VA home loan benefits. VA financing can be one of the most valuable home loan options available, but it is often misunderstood or overlooked. Aaron’s experience allows him to guide veterans and their real estate agents through the VA loan process with clarity and confidence.

Aaron believes a mortgage should fit into a client’s broader financial picture, not simply help them purchase a house. Aaron and his wife, Jeanette, have four children. Outside of mortgage lending, he enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, photography, astronomy, camping, and spending time on the water with his family.
